The entire process was excellent…..repeat, EXCELLENT:
- My wife met with your office staff to pick out a fence style, they were great.
- The person who came to do the survey was very knowledgeable and made some excellent recommendations.
- The installers were excellent, repeat excellent. They took the time to do the project perfectly. Your ‘lead’ made some recommendations that enhanced the project. They cleaned up all traces of being there. And then I offered a ‘tip’ to them so they could buy lunch & your ‘lead’ declined. He said ‘Thanks, but this is our job.
You must be very proud of your employees, please extend my sincerest thanks to a Job Well Done.
Once again, thank you for the wonderful service and professional installation of the fence at my commercial property. Excellent service and professional workmanship are hard to find these days, but your company manages to provide both – and in a timely manner.
